About the role:
We have two permanent, part-time positions available at our Moolap service, for 33.5 hours and 31.5 hours per fortnight. As a Residential Support Worker, you will support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with personal care, meals, hoisting, and transfers.
Our work schedule is based on a fortnightly, Week 1/Week 2 roster, running from Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are as follows:
Line A – 33.5 hours
Week 1
Thursday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
Friday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
Sunday 9am – 1pm (4 hours)
Wednesday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
Week 2
Thursday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
Friday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
Line B – 31.5 hours
Week 1
Thursday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
Monday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
Week 2
Friday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
Monday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
Tuesday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)

NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate
Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
Current First Aid & CPR certificates
Valid Victorian Driver's License
Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or equivalent (desirable)
