Job Overview
As a seasoned professional, you will lead large-scale digital transformations by crafting and implementing tailored change strategies. Your expertise in managing technology implementations, customer service, field services, or similar environments will be crucial in driving end-to-end change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Change Delivery: Develop comprehensive plans to deploy systems such as Works Portal and Land Development, anticipating impacts on people and processes.
* Change Enablement: Craft communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure seamless adoption.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster trust-based relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including external partners.
* Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct thorough impact assessments, risk analysis, and develop mitigation strategies.
* Adoption & Resistance Management: Design and deliver programs to promote adoption and reduce resistance to change.
* Culture Transformation: Identify opportunities for process and systems enhancements, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
* Extensive experience in change management with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
* Experience managing technology implementations, especially in customer service, field services or similar environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related fields.
* Change management certification such as Prosci, APMG, or equivalent.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
