We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a major Financial on 6 month contract.
As Scrum Master you will be working across a data separation project, helping to deliver outcomes in a fast, sustainable, and effective manner. You will lead the team through the scrum process including quarterly planning and sprint planning cycles, technical and business readiness activities,
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Scrum Master with a selection from the following:
- Demonstrated experience using Agile in a complex environment
- Experience in the Financial Service industry (desired).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from the executive level through to the squad.
- Rapidly develop trust and credibility with senior stakeholders including strong facilitation skills.
