Job Title: Service Technician (In Field)
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician (In Field) to join our Perth Service Team. The successful candidate will be based out of the Forrestdale site.
About the Role:
As a Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge and service experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment as well as a range of third-party items for Arjo customers within the broader aged care and acute care healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo's range of products (medical equipment) as well as a range of related third-party equipment.
* Conduct routine scheduled servicing; (Preventative) and breakdown support (Reactive).
* Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames;
* Provide accurate and compliant reporting on equipment serviced and repaired in Arjo's service ERP system;
* Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in Arjo's service ERP system;
* Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
Requirements:
* Mechanical and/or Electronics background and aptitude;
* 2-5 years' relevant field service experience, preferably within the Healthcare or a service related sector;
* Proven problem solving ability and troubleshooting skills;
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
* Strong time management and planning skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs;
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and exhibit sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a range of healthcare environments;
* The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions for mutual benefit;
* Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspection equipment;
* Computer literacy. iPad use familiarity will be advantageous;
* The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
* A current WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
* Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you may be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have a current influenza vaccination, in order to enter customers premises.
