About our opportunity As a Senior Project Engineer you'll lead high-performing teams to deliver capital and sustaining projects that drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include: Strategic Project Leadership: Leading planning and delivery of sustaining and capital projects to meet safety, cost, schedule and quality targets.
Technical Direction: Providing clear technical guidance and reviewing designs, work packs and drawings.
Contract Management: Managing tenders and contracts so scopes are clear and contractors deliver what's agreed.
Team Coordination: Coordinating team workloads and priorities, and supporting engineers development.
Project Execution: Overseeing execution from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover into maintenance.
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Manage project risks and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
