Senior Research Associate Role Overview
Proclinical is seeking a Biomedical Engineer specializing in Digital Biomarkers to support the development and validation of digital biomarker algorithms.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the generation of digital biomarker evidence through data analysis and statistical expertise.
2. Perform sensor time-series analysis to enhance and validate digital biomarker algorithms.
3. Organize and document data from various sources to facilitate analysis.
4. Manage work packages, including planning, risk assessment, and communication of progress and results.
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of sensor data processing pipelines.
6. Participate in analytical validation analyses.
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Master's degree in biomedical engineering or related technical fields.
2. Experience with time-series analysis techniques such as FFT, peak detection, and filtering.
3. Proficiency in applying statistical methods like ICC, Bland-Altmann plots, and linear mixed models.
4. Skilled in Python programming, including libraries like Pandas, SciPy, and matplotlib.
5. Knowledge of best software development practices, including unit testing and version control.
6. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
