About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong B2B travel industry knowledge to expand business partnerships, drive client acquisition, and strengthen market presence across Melbourne and surrounding regions. This role requires frequent travel to meet local travel agencies, build client relationships, and generate sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop B2B partnerships with travel agents and corporate travel distributors
- Generate new business opportunities, affiliations, and sales leads
- Conduct branding and product positioning across key regions
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to existing clients
- Maintain relationships with travel agencies and expand client network
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with operations and pre-sales teams for client requirements
- Meet 5+ travel agents daily, manage territory visits, and travel 80% of time
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2–6 years of experience in the Travel Industry (Outbound travel preferred)
- Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Knowledge of local travel trade, travel agencies, and destinations
- Excellent communication in English and local language
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Emails, Internet
- Australia valid driving license is required
- IATA certification or experience in airlines/travel agencies is preferred

- Joining Time: Up to 30 days
