Job Overview
Support the day-to-day operations and personnel on-site in Mackay. Assist with the arrival of new personnel, coordinate and manage the mobilisation of PALM scheme workers, transportation of employees, conflict resolution, accommodation and vehicle inspections.
* Assist the Site Manager with inductions, site access, transport and accommodation.
* Coordinate the mobilisation of PALM scheme workers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with site-based operations is highly desirable;
* Able to work effectively within tight deadlines;
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information;
* This role requires an individual who is flexible and adaptable.
