About the role: We currently have a 6-month term contract full time position available commencing on the 12th of May 2025 for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Alice Springs. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating freight distribution for the region Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments Providing customer service of a high standard Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes Providing general support to the team.
