Service Desk Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Technology support group, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. You will possess a solid understanding of IT systems and hardware, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and professional technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
* Assess and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 1 year of experience in a Service Desk role or similar position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
