We're on the lookout for a Site Supervisor (Roof Tiling) to join our expanding team at New Gen Roofing Pty Ltd in Pakenham, VIC. If you have a strong background in on-site installations, a passion for safety and quality, and enjoy working with a high-performing team then this role could be for you
This role will cover the South East suburbs area.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations to ensure they run safely, smoothly, on time and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and supporting subcontractors and installers (a confident team leader)
* Liaising with builders, clients, and internal teams and building strong relationships
* Conducting pre and post-installation inspections
* Supervising WH&S on site and reporting incidents
* Ensuring compliance with codes, policies, and customer expectations
* Scheduling installers and updating job progress
* Resolving on-site issues promptly and effectively
What we're looking for:
You're a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site. If you've worked as a foreman, leading hand, or similar role, we want to hear from you
You'll ideally bring:
* Solid experience in the construction industry
* Background in construction (highly regarded)
* Strong WH&S knowledge and site safety mindset
* Familiarity with Australian Building Codes & Standards
* Confident leadership and clear communication skills
* Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (essential)
