About the Role
* Provide high-quality, client-centred therapy in homes, schools & community settings.
* Develop individualised therapy plans based on client needs.
* Empower families, carers & educators to support therapy goals.
* Liaise with service providers & multidisciplinary teams.
* Complete accurate reports & documentation.
* Connect clients with community resources to build confidence & independence.
About You
* Full AHPRA Registration – Physiotherapist
* Current Working With Children Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening
* Valid Driver's Licence & Roadworthy Vehicle
* A positive, person-centred approach to therapy.
* The ability to work autonomously & manage your own schedule.
* Passion for working in the community & making a real impact.
