As part of our ongoing focus on improving internal systems and digital platforms including our online arrangement tools and operational technologies. We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team in Wollongong.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation (depending upon experience & skills)

Main responsibilities
· Analyse existing operational and digital workflows to identify system gaps and process inefficiencies.
· Engage with management, funeral directors, and administrative staff to capture business and system requirements.
· Document functional and technical requirements, including user stories and workflow diagrams.
· Translate business needs into clear specifications for system and website enhancements.
· Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement and sprint coordination.
· Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of delivered solutions.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support operational and digital performance tracking.
· Monitor system functionality and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
· Prepare documentation and provide post-implementation user support.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 1 years' professional experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role within a software or data-driven organisation.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
· Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience using business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics or reporting platforms.
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
