The Opportunity
We are seeking an Advice Operations Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
This role sits at the centre of TNT's operations and intersects people, workflow and advice quality. The Advice Operations Manager is often the connector between team members, advisers and practices, so the ability to communicate clearly, build trust and maintain strong relationships is essential. Success in this role will come not just from strong operational management, but from creating a sense of support, structure and confidence for everyone involved in the advice process.
In the early months, the role will also include hands‐on paraplanning work, before transitioning into operational leadership.
The role is fully remote within Australia.
We welcome applications from experienced Advice Operations Managers, Practice Managers or Senior Paraplanners ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating workflow and capacity across the TNT paraplanning team
* Supporting quality and consistency of Statements of Advice
* Running regular team coordination meetings and supporting team development
* Assisting with work allocation, pricing discussions and workflow planning
* Managing licensee system access including Xplan logins
* Onboarding new advice practices into TNT's processes and workflow
* Maintaining internal practice information and compliance guides
* Conducting regular check‐ins with advice practices
* Acting as a key contact for practice feedback and workflow discussions
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring strong experience within Australian financial advice businesses.
You will have:
* Advanced experience using Xplan (essential)
* Extensive experience preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice
* A strong understanding of Australian financial advice processes and compliance requirements
* Strong organisational and workflow management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
* The ability to review advice strategies and support team members where required
* Experience working across multiple licensees or advice practices will be highly regarded.
