What You'll Do
* Provide Level 2 technical support and assist with systems administration
* Collaborate closely with teammates to solve problems and deliver great client experiences
* Communicate regularly with clients to build trust and understand business needs
* Support technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, VMware, Veeam, SentinelOne, Datto, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
* Help shape our service approach with your feedback and initiative
* Take ownership of assigned systems and projects with room for autonomy
What We're Looking For
* Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows environments
* Excellent communication skills — confident with both technical explanations and client conversations
* A collaborative approach that enhances team morale and efficiency
* A growth mindset and interest in developing commercial and account management skills
* A current Driver's License
* Microsoft certifications are an advantage
* Strategic Thinker
