About the role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support across various departments. This Receptionist role is a key position in maintaining the company’s professional image and smooth day-to-day operations.
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Greeting visitors and coordinating front desk activity
* Organising travel and freight bookings
* Assisting with light accounts and general admin duties
* Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
Requirements for this role
* Previous experience in a reception or admin role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence handling a busy and varied workload
