Key Requirements
 * Ability to obtain employer's consent to attend incidents and emergencies (if applicable)
 * Live or work within a reasonable distance of auxiliary fire stations
 * Australian Permanent Resident Status
 * Manual C-Class driver's license
Responsibilities
 * Responds to fire and emergency incidents as part of a team
 * Promotes community safety and emergency preparedness through community education
 * Develops and maintains competencies by participating in drills and training courses
 * Maintains required attendance standards for incidents and training
 * Operates specialist equipment safely and effectively
 * Contributes to station upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance of operational equipment
 * Ensures incident reporting and general administration
 * Promotes teamwork in all work activities
 * Complies with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements
 * Communicates effectively with QFES personnel, other emergency service providers, and the community
 * Contributes to a safe and healthy work environment
