About The Role
We seek an accomplished storyteller who excels at turning ideas into compelling communication. As a key player in our communications team, you will shape the company's message across corporate, brand, and customer-facing channels during a critical growth phase. You will report to the VP Product & Commercial Strategy and play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated communications and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive communications and digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
* Partner closely with the Commercial Strategy team to plan and deliver customer communications, brand activities, and targeted content.
* Create and manage engaging content for direct customer channels, including newsletters, email updates, educational materials, and digital communications.
* Produce high-quality marketing and communication collateral, such as presentations, brochures, internal updates, and corporate materials.
* Craft compelling narratives and oversee end-to-end creative production, coordinating copywriting and design to deliver cohesive, on-brand content.
* Maintain brand integrity and message consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring all content aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and grow the company's social and digital presence within industry compliance parameters, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
* Translate complex technical or scientific information into simple, accessible, and engaging messaging tailored to each audience.
* Support leadership communications, crafting messages for announcements, updates, or company newsletters.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital and communication initiatives, using insights to refine strategy.
About You
Qualifications / Licences
* Tertiary qualification in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Pre-employment security and health screening.
Experience / Skills
* 3+ years' experience in communications or digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated sector.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for different audiences.
* Demonstrated experience developing content calendars, email campaigns, digital assets, and marketing materials.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
* Hands-on experience using key digital design and marketing tools.
* A creative, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to make an impact even when resources are modest.
* Understanding of compliance considerations within healthcare or pharmaceuticals (a plus).
