The role of Data Analyst involves collaborating with the Business Intelligence Team to support TechnologyOne BI Solutions. This position requires translating business requirements into technical business intelligence solutions using various toolsets.
Key Responsibilities
* To create and deliver data-driven solutions that meet the reporting and data analysis needs of the organisation.
* To maintain and support the business intelligence technical environment, ensuring seamless integration with the Business Intelligence Team.
* Collaborate with database administrators, data modelers, and quality assurance specialists to design and implement an optimal data warehouse solution that satisfies organisational business intelligence requirements.
* To develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines, guaranteeing trusted and timely datasets for informed decision-making.

Candidates must possess expertise in one or more TechnologyOne CIA modules, specifically:
* Customer Requests
* Finance
* Property and rating
