This is a pivotal role reporting to the General Manager, working across production, finance, procurement, sales and corporate services to ensure systems genuinely support how the business operates – today and into the future.
What You'll Be Responsible For

* Ensure business systems accurately reflect end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, procurement, sales, finance and quality
* Partner with leaders across the business to map, improve and standardise processes aligned to best‑practice manufacturing standards
* Identify and deliver opportunities for automation, reduced manual handling and improved data integrity across systems
* Oversee data migration, system upgrades, integrations and external IT service providers, ensuring security, reliability and value for money
* Develop and deliver a future‑focused systems roadmap, supported by clear executive reporting on performance, risks, priorities and progress
About You
* Proven experience leading ERP implementations and system optimisation projects
* The ability to translate technical concepts into practical outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders
* Strong process‑mapping and continuous improvement capability
* Experience working in manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments
* Confidence managing vendors, budgets and system performance metrics
* Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, data migration or formal project management will be highly regarded, but mindset and capability matter most.

* Work in a values‑led organisation where systems matter
