About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Services Attendant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience at The Star Sydney.


Job Description:

The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for promoting positive customer relationships and assisting with all queries relating to our car park. You will be required to adhere to all cash handling procedures, record transactions accurately, and maintain daily reconciliation records.

You will also be responsible for completing carpark validation functions, programming vouchers, and validating access cards. Additionally, you will need to advise your leader of any equipment faults and report any customer requests for assistance such as vehicle breakdowns to Security staff.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

* To provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, efficient, and proactive in resolving guest queries.
* To maintain accurate records and reports related to car park operations.
* To ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and transactions are recorded accurately.
* To complete carpark validation functions and program vouchers accurately.
* To validate access cards and ensure that guests have a seamless experience when using our facilities.
* To report any equipment faults or issues promptly to your leader.
* To assist guests with vehicle breakdowns or other emergencies.


Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has exposure to a Hospitality environment, experience in a customer-facing role, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

You must be dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a keen attention to detail.
