A leading Sydney-based retail commercial agency is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to join its growing team. The business specialises in the leasing and management of high-quality retail assets, including shopping centres, large format retail, fast-food drive-throughs, fuel and childcare sites, and key main-road retail precincts. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in leasing retail, large-format, and development sites across the portfolio
* Source and secure new tenants through proactive engagement, market research, and negotiation
* Support senior leadership in preparing leasing proposals, heads of agreement, and transaction documentation
* Conduct inspections with prospective tenants and liaise with landlords, developers, and project managers
* Maintain leasing databases, marketing materials, and tenancy schedules
* Build and nurture relationships with tenants, landlords, and major retail operators
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail sector opportunities
About You
* 1–2 years' experience in retail leasing, commercial property, or a related field (property management, valuation, or agency)
* Strong knowledge of the retail property market and tenant mix fundamentals
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for retail property
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property databases (e.g., Re-Leased, MRI) is a plus
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence
