Key Responsibilities:
* Implement daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Foster a productive work environment through team motivation, training, and coaching
* Monitor store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain brand standards
* Manage staff scheduling and control labor costs effectively
* Evaluate and enforce health and safety protocols
* Contribute to succession planning and team development to cultivate future leaders
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting
* Strong leadership abilities with a results-oriented mindset and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage store performance
* Experience in inventory management, operations, and visual merchandising
