About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to take operational and financial responsibility for a portfolio of veterinary clinics nationwide. This role involves acting as the vital link between our clinics and support office, providing strategic coaching to Practice Managers and Lead Vets, driving performance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding care.

* Team Leadership & Development: Supporting, coaching, and guiding clinic leaders to achieve their full potential.
* Client & Patient Care: Ensuring quality standards and positive clinic experiences through effective relationship management.
* Financial & Business Management: Overseeing clinic budgets, identifying growth opportunities, and reporting on key metrics.
* Brand Custodian: Championing our values and ensuring brand alignment across clinics.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 5 years' experience in a business management or multi-site operations role.
* Proven leadership skills in team development, change management, and conflict resolution.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Solid financial acumen and confidence in reporting and interpreting business data.
* Qualification in Business or HR Management (highly regarded).
* Experience in the veterinary or healthcare sector is a bonus.
