The Company:

With a recent rebrand breathing new energy into the business, they’re expanding their franchise division and looking for a driven Network Growth Manager to lead national growth.
The Role:
* Own and manage the franchise sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
* Identify new franchise opportunities, including agent growth, mergers, and acquisitions
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support network expansion
* Execute national growth strategies and lead targeted campaigns
* Represent the brand with confidence at events, pitches, and partner meetings
The Candidate:
* Demonstrated success in franchise development (real estate, finance, or service-based industries preferred)
* A results-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
