About the Firm We’re partnering with a well-regarded Newcastle-based advisory and accounting firm to recruit an Accountant to join their growing Business Advisory & Tax team. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career Accountant looking to deepen their technical capability, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and step into a more client-facing role over time—all within a supportive and well-structured environment. The Role Working closely with senior team members, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services across a varied portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities include: Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work for a range of clients Supporting advisory engagements and assisting with client queries Working across a variety of entities including companies, trusts, partnerships, and unit trusts Collaborating with senior staff to deliver accurate and timely outcomes Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, systems, and best practices About You We are looking for up and coming Accountants who have an interest in deepening their technical skills and gaining more exposure to advisory work.
