From day one, you'll work with an established client base, building your name and reputation in a high-performing, collaborative environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM) Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights We're looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you'll bring: Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer facing role Proven resilience and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales A friendly, energetic personality - confident both in person and over the phone Exceptional communication and attention to detail A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box An inquisitive nature - we love people who want to truly understand the industries they recruit in Why Marble?
