Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You will be responsible for engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies, and assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience working in Before and After School Care or education is not essential but would be beneficial
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude
* Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals
* Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills
* Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun
* Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards
