Leadership Opportunity in Disability Services
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality support services to children and young people with complex needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals, develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes, and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
* Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to drive positive change and foster meaningful connections with individuals with disabilities
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes accountability, effectiveness, and collaboration
* Provide expert guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Lead by example and embody the values of our organisation, including diversity, inclusivity, and respect for all individuals
A Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services, Community Services, Children's Services, or similar field is preferred. Experience working with people with disabilities, complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health concerns is highly regarded.
