Job Summary
Our Sales Executives are integral to our business and are valued. This is a full-time role and we're looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, has a can do attitude and enjoys engaging with customers, then we would love to meet with you As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to work for a premium Australian business with immediate commencement available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers upon entry, assess their needs, and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products available in the store to answer customer inquiries accurately.
* Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
* Utilise effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
* Lifting of boxes, unpacking stock and use of compactors
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives by sharing ideas for improvement or promotional opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
What we ask you to bring to the role:
* Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
* Must have availability for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends and possibly public holidays.
* Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions is desired.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Knowledge of retail operations and products.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
