About the role
As a Residential Site Supervisor at Flascon Construction Group Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and supervision of residential construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high‑quality residential projects in the Brisbane area.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor site progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges.
* Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and industry standards.
* Provide regular progress updates to the Construction Manager and other key stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop the skills of the construction team.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and record keeping.
What we're looking for
* Significant experience (5+ years) as a Residential Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of construction workers.
* Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
* Valid driver's licence, white card, and supervisor licence required.
