Lead Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Position
* A Certificate 3 or Diploma qualification in Children's Services is required
* The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) must be well understood
* Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
