Tasks & responsibilities
Assist customers with technical support for all GoHosting products through a variety of communication channels such as phone, website live chat and email.
* Troubleshoot issues relating to web hosting, email hosting, DNS and domains.
* Monitor and respond to service alerts.
* Assist with the maintenance and ongoing support of internal systems
* Perform Linux and Windows server administrative tasks.
* Participate in the technical teams on call roster.
* Share your knowledge and expertise with the team and contribute to the positive culture that exists today within the GoHosting team.

Required Skills and Experience
2 Years experience in a technical role
Excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical and procedural actions to customers and other staff
Documentation of technical systems and procedures
Critical problem solving and troubleshooting
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with hosting (DNS, Domains, web hosting, email hosting)
Experience with Linux, Windows, KVM, Hyper-V and VMware
Experience with Microsoft 365 products including support and administration
Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)
Knowledge of backup solutions
Requirements
* Live within the ACT region in Australia
* Hold a valid, Australian Drivers Licence
* Be able to successfully pass an Australian Police Check.
