About the service:
The Clinical Services Manager role supports sites within Qld, across a number of service models.

Role Overview:
The Clinical Services Manager will have a pivotal role in the overall leadership and management of integrated services teams in accordance with operational guidelines, including:
* Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team to provide primary care and support for all accessing services dispersed across QLD in Caboolture, Springwood, Paddington, Gympie, Hervey Bay & Rockhampton.
* Overseeing and contributing to the development and implementation of clinical, financial, administrative systems and billing processes
* Ensuring the service teams operate within a framework of continuous quality improvement and risk management.
* Facilitating and convening meetings of the Clinical Governance Committees and associated subcommittees.
Requirements:
* Must have one of the following: General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist OR Mental Health Nurse OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
* Minimum of 2 years experience managing a mental health service
* Demonstrated experience working within a recovery-based model
* Demonstrated expertise in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, with the ability to lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs including consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals/stakeholders.
* Highly-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies and other professionals.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a high demand work environment and to exercise judgment and initiative.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue card
* Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
* Current Drivers License
