Our role is to ensure that change lands effectively, safely, with minimum impact and maximum value for our internal teams and stakeholders across the Group. The team is a high performing team with far reaching networks across CommBank.

**Do work that matters**
Lead the change management approach and delivery to ensure successful, effective and sustainable implementation of programs of change. Use your love of transformation, agile mindset, creative thinking, and passion for people to design and deliver high quality and sustained change.
**Your responsibilities will include**
- Plan a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Lead the effective delivery of change interventions and solutions; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications, and reference material).
- Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success.
- Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption, and sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
- Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
**We are interested to hear from people who**
- Are passionate about OCM training,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.A track record of contributing to change management deliverables.
- A proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively with other OCMs.
- Familiarity with agile practices.
- Experience with merchants will be viewed upon highly.
- Experience in business banking will be a plus.
- A natural ability to put customers first and continually learn and pursue purpose with Care, Courage and Commitment.
