Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create engaging digital and print materials, including social media content, campaign assets, EDMs, and menus.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and support community growth while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.
Digital Campaigns
Program and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, and applications—ensuring timely rollout and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Administration Manager to develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and deliver high-quality artwork and content on time.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all design and social media output aligns with each brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone.
Production & Distribution
Coordinate timely production and rollout of digital and physical creative assets across social media, websites, apps, and in-store platforms.
Digital Updates
Keep digital collateral current across websites, Google Business listings, mobile apps, digital menu boards, and social channels. Manage promotional offers and customer automations across apps and POS systems.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare and share campaign and social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you'll bring to the team
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic design, marketing, and social media management, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Tech Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office 365.
Organised
Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple brands and campaigns.
Collaborative
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-first attitude.
Detail-Oriented
A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing polished, high-quality creative and social content.
