Responsibilities
* Operate various machinery and tools used in the window fabrication process, including (but not limited to): saws, crimpers, drills, and CNC equipment (training provided).
* Assemble window components, including frames, sashes, and glass, according to specifications and quality standards.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
* Handle and store materials safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
* Follow work instructions and production schedules.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
* Ability to read and understand work instructions and diagrams.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
* Good manual dexterity and physical stamina (able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods).
* Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
* Commitment to workplace safety.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
* Experience operating machinery and hand tools.
* Forklift certification (not required, but a plus).
Physical Demands
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30kg.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Ability to work in a factory setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.
* Ability to use hands and arms repetitively.
