Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of store performance and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
* Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on results
* Manage visual merchandising, stock, and daily operations
* Foster a strong client base through personalised service
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion or specialty retail is ideal
* A confident and natural salesperson who loves the sales floor
* Strong leadership with a focus on coaching, development, and accountability
* High-level operational and organisational skills
* A customer-first mindset with energy and presence
