About the Role
* Develop strategic territory plans focusing on target accounts in Manufacturing and Warehousing, especially within the Food and Beverage industry.
* Use prospecting techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to generate high-quality sales leads.
* Manage customer interactions through a CRM system.
* Understand business requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
* Create proposals and participate in tender submissions.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Conduct product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POC).
* Communicate features and benefits of products to internal and external customers.
* Leverage portfolio to position offerings as market leaders.
* Generate innovative ideas, including integrations with other products and services.
* Closing sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets through strategic initiatives.
* Explain offerings during demonstrations, trials, POCs, and post-sales support.
* Adhere to sales processes, manage orders and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proficiency in disruptive technologies, including robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation.
* Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, especially FMCG and F&B, with a background in logistics.
* Strong business and financial skills, with sound judgment and analytical abilities.
* Excellent planning, project management, and execution skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
* Self-management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
* Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships.
* MBA or master's in management is preferred.
