We are seeking a skilled professional to support the transition of our library services into a new city campus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and effective integration of our library collections across various campuses.

Your Responsibilities
* Support the review and relocation of library collections across campuses to ensure alignment with university needs and space requirements.
* Provide planning and coordination support for the transition of library collections between campuses, minimizing service disruptions and meeting updated space requirements.
* Gather data to report on project progress and contribute to clear communication with the project team and stakeholders.
* Assist in developing relocation plans and organizing library collections in preparation for each move.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of communication plans to inform library users about collection changes, explaining the rationale for deselection, transition timelines, and potential impacts.
Requirements
* A diploma in Library Science or a related field or demonstrated experience delivering library and information services.
* Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive outcomes by demonstrating initiative, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining a results-focused approach that supports both job and university success.
* Adaptability to changing environments with a proactive mindset, embracing innovation, and implementing creative solutions to enhance processes and services.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences using the most appropriate formats and delivery methods.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships, engage in respectful discussions, and contribute to shared goals in a cooperative and professional manner.
* Ability to undertake tasks which require frequent physical movement (e.g., packing, lifting, and transfer of library collections).
