About the Role
Due to continued growth, an experienced Project Manager is required to join a well‐established construction team delivering projects across the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high‐performing environment alongside project managers, estimators, site supervisors, trades, and support staff, while working closely with senior leadership.
This position would suit a confident and commercially astute professional who can manage multiple projects concurrently, deliver practical solutions, and build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver construction projects end‐to‐end, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved
* Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities
* Coordinate labour resources, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment
* Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including attendance at site and client meetings
* Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards and WHS/OHS requirements
* Work collaboratively with senior management and project delivery teams
* Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
* Provide regular reporting and updates to the Project Directors
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability and proven experience delivering construction projects in a fast‐paced environment.
* Demonstrated technical knowledge across construction projects
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Valid driver's licence
* Ability to successfully complete a WA Police Integrity Check
* First Aid certification (desirable)
