About the Role
We are looking for genuine, reliable, and down-to-earth people to join our retail team. This is a Permanent Part Time position (4–5 days per week) with availability between 7:45am–4:30pm, including weekends.
You'll be serving customers, maintaining a clean and inviting retail space, and making sure our shelves are always looking their best. Confidence in opening and/or closing the store is essential, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help you thrive. Most importantly, you'll bring a friendly and authentic approach to every interaction.
Please note: this is a retail-focused position (customer service and sales), not a practitioner role.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Previous retail experience and a passion for customer service.
* A genuine love for ethical products, and the Nurcha ethos.
* Reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
* Confidence in opening/closing responsibilities.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
