The Opportunity (When Roles Open)
As a Personal Trainer at Fitness Cartel, you'll:
* Coach members 1‐on‐1 and in small groups
* Build and grow your own PT business
* Create personalised training journeys and deliver real results
* Be part of a high‐energy, supportive club cultureContinue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship
Who We're Looking For
* Qualified Personal Trainers (Cert III & IV in Fitness), or those working towards certification
* Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve results
* Motivated, driven and ready to build a long‐term career
* Strong communicators who can build genuine relationships
