A highly regarded business that works in the Solar industry, are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Installations Manager
**About your new role**
The Installation/Operations Manager holds a senior position within the company and is responsible for various operational functions. These include:
- Ensure all appropriate, mandatory licencing is in monitored, recorded, active and maintained,
- Ensure all staff (installers, external contractors and warehouse) are adequately trained for their respective roles,
- Maintain and record a regular and effective Occupational Health & Safety system
- Liaise with CST (Customer Service Team) to operate an effective installation schedule,
- Manage the communication to the warehouse for the picking of kits for installation
- Manage all aspects of the warehouse function, including goods receivable and dispatch,
- Provide regular performance reports to the Senior Management, as required,
- Take over direct communications with customers
- Liaise with Suppliers to understand the opportunities of new products or technologies,
- Provide feedback to the Senior Management team to help improve systems and processes,
- Provide training to other employees, eg Sales Team and Operations, to help others understand the challenges of the installation environment,
- Contractor management
**Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements**:
- Significant experience and proven performance in managing teams
- An electrical license from any state in Australia - or significant and demonstrable knowledge of the electrical industry and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point).
