An established commercial property group is seeking a Financial Management Accountant to join the business during a period of change and transformation. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and long-term career development within a stable, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage income and expenditure across three business units, including daily postings, reconciliations, analysis, reporting, and recommendations
* Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Review and restructure financial reports to align with evolving business objectives
* Assist with statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory compliance
* Prepare annual Income Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax returns
* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Provide clear financial insights to the CCO, CEO, CFO, and Board
About You
* CPA / CA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of the Australian tax system
* Proven experience across financial accounting, including month-end and year-end close
* Solid knowledge of general ledger, financial statements, and reconciliations
* Experience supporting financial system or reporting transformations highly regarded
