About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, programming, and managing day-to-day construction activities to meet project objectives in time, quality, safety, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate daily records and reports, including photos and site logs.
* Leading weekly site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety planning sessions.
* Managing short-term programs and supporting design coordination during construction.
* Overseeing inspections, defect management, and close-out processes.
* Running subcontractor meetings and supporting preliminary cost management.
* Managing RFIs, timesheets, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements:

* Experience in commercial construction supervision.
* Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving site productivity.
* Collaborative working with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
