About This Role
This role involves overseeing all tourism brands within the organisation, with a focus on wellness and hot springs in Australia.
* Key responsibilities include managing Australian Tourism brand guidelines, developing campaigns to increase revenue, and building social media calendars across key channels.
* The successful candidate will also line manage, mentor, and coach marketing staff, work with senior executives to develop and execute domestic and international marketing strategies, and create high-quality marketing materials aligned with brand vision and strategy.
A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field is required, as well as over 8 years of experience in tourism marketing, strong connections within the industry, and excellent communication skills.
