Claims Consultant Role
The Claims Consultant role requires a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills to provide expert analysis of claims and advance/resolve them in a timely manner.
* Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers to ensure effective communication and resolution.
* Providing accurate and timely analysis of claims, including preparation of necessary correspondence.
* Regularly reviewing and updating claims information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Law, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Personal Injuries Proceedings Act and Civil Liability Act is advantageous. The ability to navigate multiple internal systems while adhering to the Privacy Act 2000 is also required.
Additional requirements include obtaining appropriate approval to work in Australia and completing a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencement. Successful applicants will be expected to adhere to Marsh's hybrid work arrangements and be based in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
