Reliable Nursing is seeking a Support Worker to assist one of our valued clients in their home. This is an urgent position, supporting with meal preparation, daily household tasks, and community access.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing meals and breakfast
* Assisting with self-care, grooming, and hygiene
* Personal care and self-care support (including showers and changing incontinence pads, if required)
* Daily household tasks
* Light household duties and maintaining a tidy environment
* Providing companionship and social support
Requirements
* Previous experience in support work or aged care
* Current National Police Clearance
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
* Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
