Home Care Worker Opportunities
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older members of our community, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, with at least 6 months experience in a similar role. They will be passionate about providing an excellent service, enjoy having variety in their day, and be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
Job Description
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide home help services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with medications. You will also provide transport to lifestyle activities or appointments, and help the family carer to have a break or do other things.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
* At least 6 months experience in a similar role
* Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
